Women's Leadership and Development Programme Grants - Pacific Region
Due to the earthquake and tsunami that struck the Solomon Islands on Monday, 2 April 2007, the closing date for applications to the 2006-07 Women’s Leadership and Development Programme Grants – Pacific Region has been extended to COB Wednesday, 11 April 2007
The Australian Government, through the Office for Women, invites eligible Australian Non-Government Organisations who are signatories to the Australian Council for International Development Code of Conduct to apply for funding to build on existing activities in Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands or East Timor that promote women’s participation in leadership roles.
Up to $20,000 AUD per project is available to support existing projects that have sustainable outcomes for women beyond the project timeframe. Projects must be completed within 12 months from the commencement of the Funding Agreement.
Applicants must read the Application Guidelines before submitting an application.
