Women's Leadership and Development Programme Grants 2005 - 2006 Round 2
In May 2006 the Hon. Julie Bishop MP, Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for Women’s Issues, announced that ten women’s organisations would receive grants under Round 2 of the 2005-06 Women’s Leadership and Development Programme. These organisations will share in over $325,000 to undertake policy and capacity building projects.
The funding will enable these organisations to deliver projects that contribute to public policy/service development or that increase the effectiveness of the organisation. Grants of up to $50,000 were available for policy projects and up to $25,000 for capacity building projects.
