APPOINT Reporting

APPOINT is a monitoring system managed by OfW that provides a whole-of-Government status report on the representation of women on Commonwealth boards and bodies. As at June 2004, Women comprised 32.2 per cent of those represented on Commonwealth boards and bodies where the Government has had total discretion over the appointment (in other words, where the Australian Government has had sole responsibility for the decisions in the selection and appointment process).
